I'm so glad I found this practice. Personable, caring and one of most thorough eye doctors I've seen. My handicapped mother was treated respectfully. There are practices that are ADA compliant- but that doesn't work. When you're stuck in a wheelchair and cannot transfer from that chair to an exam chair, you need a practice who understands and makes accommodations accordingly. This practice does that and more. Thank you, Dr Parker, for having such a practice.

For the first time in about 15 years I called to get an eye exam. When I called the lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and got me an appointment for the very next morning(today)! The staff was extremely friendly, very knowledge and caring! They answered every one of my 10,000 questions and made sure I was very well taken care of!

I loved my entire experience at Envision! The from the front desk staff, to the Dr's, as well as being assisted in picking out and ordering glasses, everyone was very nice and super helpful! I've already recommended some friends!

Dr Parker and her team are fantastic, very caring. My husband had a stroke August 2018 which affected his vision, they have been working with him to help correct it. We can not speak highly enough about them all, and would recommend the practice to anyone and everyone. He has got more out of the eye therapy than any other therapy he has had so far. Great team!!! Had to wait a little to be seen by Dr. Parker but it was well worth it. The exam was thorough and I felt well taken care of. At each stage of the process -- check-in to being seated for Dr. Parker -- nothing but professional and courteous personnel.

I'm not a person who leaves reviews but the staff at envision is beyond wonderful. I messed up my appointment scheduling and they were so understanding and fit me in the same day no problem. They also spent 30 minutes with me working to figure out confusing insurance issues and were so kind and patient the whole time not to mention the thorough eye exam. The place is run like a well oiled machine. Would absolutely recommend!

To all head trauma and stroke survivors in SC and GA Dr Jakelyn Parker and staff at Envision Eye Care in Savannah have been and still remains the best optical and occupabtional health therapist I have ever come across. They are friendly and caring and go the extra mile. After the stroke of had various therapies but at Envision they cover so much more in a short amount of time. On a personal note, thank you Dr Parker and team for helping to restore my sight.

My best eye exam experience to date! The staff was super friendly, my wait time was almost nonexistent, and they got me in within an hour of me calling to make an appointment. My eye exam was thorough but quick. At the end of my exam, they left me alone to check out frame options, and when I opted to finish my shopping online, they handed me a prescription with ZERO pressure to buy there. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Savannah!

Dr. Parker and staff are pretty darn great. I always feel like I am their top priority when I'm there. They are organized, friendly (a sadly rare thing in the medical field, especially in Savannah) and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to my yearly eye exam here.

Its not an easy task to get a 4 yr old wearing glasses but the staff and drs are so helpful in helping you with that and they make the whole experience kid friendly

Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Every time I come to this branch, they make my son and I feel very welcome. They are also the only optometrist in the state of Georgia that offers treatment plans for children with dyslexia and learning disabilities. I've been visiting this office for over 6 maths and have never been dissatisfied. I know that things can always change but so far I am extremely satisfied and will continue to come as long as the services remain the same.
